Just left the salon with fresh blonde? Here’s how to keep it healthy + bright

First 48 hours matter ✨
Give your hair time to settle—avoid washing right away so your toner can fully lock in.

Hydration is everything
Lightened hair needs moisture more than anything—think masks, leave-ins, and oils to keep it soft and strong.

Be gentle
Wet hair = fragile hair. Brush carefully, avoid tight styles, and skip rough towel drying. Try to avoid sleeping on wet hair, your hair is at its weakest when it’s wet.

Protect from heat
Always use a heat protectant—blonde hair is more prone to damage and breakage. Using heat without a protectant can also cause color shifting in your blonde.

Wash less, not more
Overwashing strips your toner and dries your ends. Aim for fewer, quality wash days.

Tone + treat
Purple shampoo is meant to maintain your blonde—not be your everyday shampoo, because overusing it can leave your hair dull or ashy (even slightly gray or purple), cause major dryness and rough texture, and create an uneven, muddy-looking color. Try to come in for a toner refresh in between appointments.

We did a big chop. But still half was previous colored so we did a highlight lowlight to match the top and blend it all together. Toning the rest with an ash toner. Leaving a nice soft blended finish
