🚨 On Wednesday, the government passed the spending bill to reopen government, but unfortunately, language that would dramatically upend the h**p industry was slipped in and included. If you were unaware of this, you are not alone but don’t worry the government will not get away with this🚨

This decision comes as a result of corruption and uneducated/uninformed perspectives that fail to realize the stark difference between dangerous synthetic black market cannabinoid products and natural full spectrum CBD, along with plethora of medical benefits that h**p and full spectrum CBD provide.

While this news is very frustrating, disappointing and has the potential to hurt millions of Americans, the fight is far from over‼️

As it stands currently, the new restrictions would not going into effect until November of 2026. That gives this community 365 days to come together and fight for amendments! 365 days for all of our voices and stories to be heard, leaving our representatives no choice but to answer our demands and preserve accessibility to a plant that has changed millions of lives for the better.🌱

Everyone should be angry and concerned but there is no need to panic! It’s important to clearly state Flora Sophia products will continue to be accessible and remain unchanged over the next year, and we are optimistic we will be able to come together as a community to ensure the h**p industry and full spectrum CBD remains legal and accessible as it should.
