People always ask what years you’d like to go back to. I wouldn’t want to go back to any of them. That ground was hard fought and won 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Now, time could slow down a bit. 😂🤦♀️

I have found a really fun way to get some exercise in 🥰

I know how important exercise is. ❤️ I just have to want to do it 🤦♀️ I have found that making it fun helps and actually meeting someone else to walk or go to the gym helps as well.

Regular exercise helps prevent or
manage many health problems and

Hi, I’m Debra (Debi) 🩷
I am a wife and mother of three adult children, and I am a Grammy to one beautiful little spitfire. I am a freelance court reporter. My work keeps me very busy but I love to travel, read, go to the beach and just get outdoors whenever I can.
I am learning to give myself much Grace as I journey through life.
I have had a lot of time to research the last few years and find all the good products and some great ones too!! I’ll be sharing some of those and some encouragement, tips, recipes, fun ways to exercise, etc.
We all need some positives 🩷 in our life 🙂
At this stage, I am finding myself struggling with sleeping well, being tired, and having weight gain, brain fog, and forgetfulness. I have entered that dreaded word that begins with “M,” and I want to navigate this path with my best self and think of it as not such a bad word but just another stage of this Amazing Life. If you’re here with me, I hope to help you navigate it too 🥰 gracefully.
I have always been very natural, loving herbs and plants and oils. I do use all three. I believe God gave us everything we need to be healthy and well. 🩷 I am so blessed to really be gardening this year in a beautiful country space. I can’t wait to share!!
And I just joined a wonderful company after sitting back and watching for a while, listening, hearing the testimonies and researching the quality of the products.

Welcome 🩷 I am so glad you are here.
Join me as I try to live out this life gracefully for myself and to others. I’m pretty decent at the “others” part. But learning this “for myself” part has been a work in progress.
I’m starting to take care of me. The learning curve is the taking time to incorporate it. I’m worth the time it takes to meditate, go on nature walks, do yoga, breathe, connect with family/friends, to cook healthy, garden, exercise, research health and provide myself with good nutrients that gets my body to its best self.
You are worth it too 🩷
I have found that adding reminders and labeled alarms on my phone are good tools to drink more water, exercise, take a moment to deep breathe, etc. Fun exercise Apps can be helpful too. And meeting friends for coffee, walks, hikes, or kayaking is great therapy 💕
I have also found the best supplementation on the market that addresses our emotional, mental and physical well-being. I’ll be telling you all about it too.
I am getting better at taking care of me 🙌🏻
I must at this stage of life 🩷 I will add all those kinds of things on my page to encourage and motivate us all. Stick around 😊 Hopefully, you’ll come across a thing or two that helps you.
