Hairapist by Kist

Sometimes, it's nice to be recognized for something you love to do. I couldn't have done it without my loyal clientele!! There is no Thank You grand enough for your friendship and patronage!

Our "Tree Huggers" failed their best attempt. Trees came down today and the Downtown progress must continue. With that being said Hairapist Hair Salon & Kist by the Sun will be CLOSED Friday, July 3- Monday, July 6th for construction. Kist by the Sun will reopen Tuesday, July 7th at 9am AND Hairapist on Wednesday, July 8th at 9am. Thank you for your patience.

Happy Independence Day. Have fun, but be safe!

It's our turn to get new sidewalks. Please allow ample time and patience and consider parking in the parking garage on West 44th while Main Avenue is getting revamped.

After 27 years of working for someone else, I finally took the leap and bet on myself.

It was the scariest—and most exciting—decision of my life. I had no idea if anyone would support me… but I did it anyway.

Not only did I build a successful business, I went on to expand—purchasing a 10-storefront property and opening my second venture, Kist by the Sun Tanning and Wellness.

Today, two more storefronts are already occupied, and two additional businesses are in the works, getting ready to open soon.

This journey has been built on courage, faith, and a whole lot of determination—and I’m just getting started.

Watch out 🌎… there’s so much more to come.

Here's to many more... Thank you so much for the support! I couldn't have done it without you.

Sometimes you just need to update.
