Going lighter and darker in the same appointment!! My goal this year is to be able to have my clients go an extra 2-4 weeks in between there appointments. This won’t work for everyone but my lower maintenance clients by adding dimension just under a highlight will help to brighten up what was already there!!

My sweet sweet Ally,
When I met Ally it was in 2022, she complimented my hair, and I told her I was actually a hairstylist. A few days later she came to the salon and I did her hair for the first time, from that point on she’s become one of my good friends!
Throughout the years our friendship has been one of those where even if we didn’t see each other it didn’t matter because we would always pick up right where we left off.

The biggest change yet for Ally was adding lowlights and more of a creamy blonde instead of bright silver. She trusted me to do what I thought would be best and after explaining why adding lowlights to her color would actually make her feel brighter because of the added dimension, therefore making the new/previous highlights pop!

I’m currently washing my hair every 5-7 days, I have pretty fine/medium hair overall, decently thick, naturally blonde treated with highlights!

After clarifying I use this shampoo to make sure my hair is clean sometimes that takes me 2 washes with this shampoo, again small amount goes a long way! Separate your hair if it’s thick and shampoo that way!

Sometimes we just need some Dark brown brownie batter color in our lives!!
