10 years ago today, on her birthday, I asked her to marry me. She said yes. 🥳

I KNEW THEN that love was more than the big moments. A decade later, I’ve had the privilege of living that truth.

Love is built in all the ordinary moments in between. In choosing each other, growing together, and making room for who we’re both becoming.

In many ways, that’s I KNEW THEN: learning to love better as we grow. Loving someone well also means staying connected to yourself and becoming the healthiest version of you.

Happy birthday to my wife, my Queen, and the love of my life. 👑🫶🏽
