This transformation was all about restoring balance and creating a lived-in, luxurious look.

We corrected grown-out dark roots and faded, brassy ends by performing a customized reverse balayage. By bringing the darker base back down, we eliminated the harsh line of demarcation and colored away unwanted warmth. We then left behind delicate ribbons of soft warmth throughout for dimension, movement, and a naturally sun-kissed finish.

To complete the look, we added a modern s**g haircut for texture, softness, and effortless style.

Our guest came in with natural gray regrowth, a very brassy orange mid shaft, and resistant ends that were a completely different color.

To bring everything back into harmony, we eliminated the brassiness, added depth throughout the hair, and used a combination of reverse balayage and foilyage to create soft, natural looking, sun kissed dimension.

The result is a seamless, low-maintenance color that will continue to blend beautifully as new grays grow in.
