Hey my Athens people: I have some of my dearest friends from Asheville with me for a few days and they’re wanting to bring things back for those in need when they head home. I’m going to post a list of things needed and set up a drop off place, probably the church around the corner from me off of Whitehead Road. Message me for details if you can donate anything at all? Water is being brought in and is not needed as much as the other items.

It’s been fun to be a part of some really big hair transformations! I really love what I get to do and people that put their trust in me as they jump in with both feet. I am even more impressed with the parents who give their kids the gift of freedom to express themselves as they choose. It’s just hair after all. This girls excitement was contagious. Love this child and her amazing mama💕

Shine salon will remain closed

We hope to begin to soft open sometime in May following our mayor and counsel’s caution and will continue to follow the advice of doctors and experts. We will reopen when it is deemed safe for our local businesses to do so and look forward to that day. Thank you for your patience while we navigate next steps with implementation of guidelines to ensure safety and health of clients.
