Dear clients, We LOVE you like family and We miss you so much! We ask that you please be patient with us as we begin rescheduling. We will have less stylist working per day and we have extended our days and hours mon- sun! Our first order of business was to get the stylist schedule figured out week by week (because no one wants to work every weekend right?)
We also have to make sure we have the right amount of support staff to keep up with cleaning (but not too much to crowd the building 😷.) Our booking times for appts have to be exactly right to avoid over lapping.
These are just SOME of the challenges we are working thru.
We have switched the salon phone to accommodate TEXT booking which we think will help going forward, but yet another NEW for us.
Good news! We are ALMOST done rescheduling may 11 -17.
We are taking this one week at a time... in the next day we will start on May 18-24 ... we have multiple people working on this for you 😘
We ask that you continue to email appt request for any appts new or returning clients ... we WILL respond ! They are all being moved to a folder untill we get thru the first two weeks... please be patient 🙏 .
Also know... we still don’t know how this reopen is going to effect the state... we are remaining very cautious...
