No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At Hair By Will, I value and respect every client’s time. To ensure fairness and maintain my schedule, the following policy is in place:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all appointments for clients with a history of missed or multiple last-minute cancellations.

This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

If you miss your appointment or cancel without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

To rebook after a missed appointment, a new deposit will be required.

This policy is designed to protect my time and ensure that all clients have the opportunity to book and enjoy their services. I appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Cancellation Notice
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. As I depend on a steady schedule to make a living, I truly appreciate your cooperation. Just as I respect my clients’ time, I ask that my clients respect mine.

I'm not sure how ot happened but I have a few appointments available for this Friday for color or highlights if you don't get in this Friday you will have to wait at least 3 weeks being I'm booked solid for at least 3 weeks out . Click the link below and get in while you can.
