My two favorite stretches for prolonged desk sitting are the doorway stretch (or anything that you "cactus" the arms in) and supported puppy pose. Supported puppy helps combat shoulder rounding by opening the chest and stretching the re**us abdominis. Touching the back is optional, but I like the extra stretch in the triceps and lat insertion.

It's National School Backpack (or purse, briefcase, etc) Day! Double check that you're not carrying more than 10% of your body weight around on your shoulders or in your hand every day. This number comes from the suggestion of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Any more can cause injury to the back/shoulder/arm/hand.
