There’s a lot of talk about self care and self love everywhere you go. Some say you can’t attract love unless you first learn to love yourself. I have a different view of life than that because I believe self love and care comes in many forms and is ever evolving. It’s not a place that you arrive as a destination. It’s moments for me . One of the greatest joys I have is to visit and support small , local businesses whenever I can . Where I know their names and their families. It gives me a sense of community and connection that makes me feel good. So when someone asked me this morning how I am loving myself and I didn’t know how to quantify that ,I realized that these moments are a form of loving myself. When I buy , I know I feel good about what I’m putting in my body and I feel good supporting Amy . She’s invested in her community and she knows and cares for her customers💕 So when I have a moment to show up for myself ,these are some of the people and places I love to go !

When my children were growing up, I started a tradition of forcing bulbs at Thanksgiving. I loved my summer flowers and during the colder months I missed their beauty. I brought this tradition to my studio when I opened five years ago.
