Why I don’t start with the jaw in a TMJ session…

TMJ work isn’t just about the jaw.

First, I let your nervous system settle.

Then, I release tension in the neck, since the neck and jaw work together.

By the time I work on the face and intraoral muscles, your body is more receptive to the treatment.

Every session is intentional. The goal is to support release, not force change.
