YES, you read it correctly. We're OPEN and we’ve missed you!!

Thank You for your support and patience during our time away during this Pandemic that we are all apart of. Some of you have expressed your concern and may not be comfortable just yet. We TOTALLY UNDERSTAND and can't wait to see you in the future. We want to assure you that your health and safety is our TOP PRIORITY. We are taking the very strict guidelines given by our Government Officials and Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers very seriously.

At this time we have have "temporarily" disabled our online booking and standing appointment options to get better acquainted with our "New Normal". We ask that you extend your patience a little further while we make adjustments to accommodate everyone as best that we can. Scheduling will be done on a week to week basis until further notice. We will do our best to honor request based on availability. If you wish to request an appointment you may do so 1 week in advance 2 ways:

ALL GUEST will be required to sign a WAIVER prior to EACH appointment. You will receive it via DocuSign to your email. If you are unable to successfully answer the questions and sign the waiver, please reach us IMMEDIATELY to cancel your appointment. It is IMPERATIVE that you read the questions and answer them ACCURATELY. All of our safety DEPENDS on it.

***NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT OR REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN LARGE CROWDS, IN THE COMPANY OF SOMEONE ILL, TRAVELED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OR DOMESTICALLY BY COMMERCIAL AIRLINE, BUS, OR TRAIN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.***

STEPS TO COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

2. WAIT FOR THE "GO" TO COME TO LOBBY
3. PUT ON MASK (MUST WRAP AROUND EARS FOR APPOINTMENT)
4. BRING MINIMUM ITEMS WITH YOU (EX. PHONE/SMALL PURSE)
5. DIAL 214 AND CALL BUTTON FOR ENTRY
6. ENTER SUITE AND WASH HANDS AT THE SINK WITH SOAP AND WATER
7. RECEIVE VIP SERVICES ONE ON ONE WITH YOUR STYLIST
8. HAVE GIFT CARD READILY AVAILABLE TO USE FOR CHECKOUT
(ONLY YOU HAVE THE FULL GIFT CARD NUMBER).
9.PAY TOUCHLESS INVOICE SENT TO EMAIL
10. LEAVE FABULOUS!!!

WE’RE OPENING SOON‼️

Dear Jones Salon Community,

Thank you so much for hanging in there with us over the past couple of months. Your encouragement, loyalty, and contributions have not gone unnoticed.

We are pleased to say that after careful consideration, evaluation and shipments, we will officially open for business on JUNE 2, 2020. As exciting as this may be for us all, it is very important to follow all guidelines that have been set in place by our Government Officials. Due to these strict guidelines, Jones Salon will be scheduling appointments in 2 PHASES. You can be confident in knowing that we are taking our precautions very seriously. We are doing our part by making sure that we have the proper PPE required, using EPA certified disinfectants, and following the proper sanitation procedures. This includes furniture, tools, capes etc.

As stated in our previous emails, due to our State guidelines for opening we can only service one person at one time within our suite. In an attempt to accommodate everyone our salon hours have changed until further notice. For the time being, all standing appointments will be temporarily on hold. In order to make sure that the proper time is allotted for each service including additional time for disinfection and sanitation, we must schedule clients on a week to week basis. We are aware that this will be a major adjustment, but it is the only safe and secure way to properly open and operate.

PHASE 1- STANDING APPOINTMENTS
We will be contacting each of you that have a standing appointment individually beginning Tuesday May 26- Thursday May 28th. Please expect a call between the hours of 9am-5pm. During this call we will be scheduling your appointment for the week of June 1st ONLY. For the time being, your regular scheduled day will remain the same but all service times must be adjusted. If your day needs to be changed due to your availability, it can be done after all other standing appointments have been readjusted.

PHASE 2 - NON-STANDING APPOINTMENTS
If you are a client who schedules you’re appointment at your own will, we will begin scheduling your appointments Friday May 29th-Sunday May 31st by phone between the hours of 9am-5pm. We will ONLY take appointment request one week at a time. You may begin to send request for the week of JUNE 1st. We are using EMAIL as our preferred method of communication until we can get the schedule regulated. We ask that you email your appointment request to [email protected].

RESTRICTIONS for BOOKING
*If you have been in contact with ANYONE who have tested positive for COVID-19 at all or have tested positive yourself, please refrain from making an appointment at this time.

*If you have been in contact or in the vicinity of large groups of people ( more than 5 outside your own home), please refrain from scheduling an appointment for a minimum of 14 days beginning June 1st.

TEMPORARY SALON HOURS
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm
Since we will be officially open, you may reach us by phone between 9am-5pm beginning June 1, 2020.
*Keep in mind that appointments will be spread out every 2 1/2 hours MINIMUM depending on services needed. This means that availability will be very limited.*

We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate through our temporary “New Normal”. We will re-evaluate our systems as things unfold on a day to day basis. There will be emails following this one with pertinent information and instructions leading up to our opening.

CHANGE IS COMING‼️

Dear Jones Salon Community,

There has already been an influx of messages surrounding the most recent press conference given by Governor Kemp this afternoon. I want to assure you that we are just as eager to get back to business.

We ask that you please allow us time to FULLY dissect what our guidelines are before we give OFFICIAL opening information. We also have to get clearance and full instructions from our property.

What we CAN tell you is that JONES SALON WILL NOT BE OPEN ON FRIDAY APRIL 24, 2020. As for now we are planning to stick with the original opening date of May 1, 2020. Having said that, there will be MAJOR changes due to the guidelines ensuring the safety of ourselves and guest.

THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO IN THE COMING WEEKS:
1. Extended days and salon hours
2. Servicing ONE guest at a time
3. Sanitation Procedures on our end and yours as a guest.
4. Contactless Check-Out (No Cash until further notice)
5. LOTS OF AIR HUGS :-)

Lastly, ONLINE BOOKING will be disabled until we can get the schedule leveled out. If you desire an appointment and you do NOT currently have a STANDING appointment, please send us an email or text message. We will be scheduling clients on an individual basis until further notice.

TO OUR STANDING CLIENTS:
We will be contacting you individually to schedule your appointments. They will remain on the same day unless an adjustment needs to be made to fit your availability.

ALL appointments MUST be scheduled for the desired services ONLY to ensure enough time is allotted. Please make sure you request ALL of the correct services when your appointment is scheduled. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate additional services the day of at this time.

There will be a “follow up” email with updated information regarding our OFFICIAL RE-OPENING later this week. We know that this will be a NEW NORMAL for us all, but we thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Due to government executive orders it is with great sadness that we inform you that effective IMMEDIATELY, Jones Salon is officially CLOSED. There is a “tentative” time period of 14 days but could be extended based upon government direction.
