Though parting helps create a beautiful final canvas this is only a small fraction of loc Maintenance!
The amount of tension placed on the loc during a retwist is also important. Too much tension can cause discomfort to the client and worse, loc thinning!
To avoid these issues and more, pay attention to the stopping point in the twist and use a clip method over no clip method when doing a regular retwist.
