🚨LONG POST!!!🚨

I've been experimenting with making my own tea concentrate and I been loving "Golden Milk Concentrate". The reason I love it because I can make twice as much; I drink the other half later that day or the next day.

So today we will be making Golden Milk Latte using the Golden Milk Concentrate we make with sea moss gel. Sea moss gel thickens when blending into a recipe So its great to use

1. 1 cup of spring water
2. 2-3 TB of sea moss gel
3. 1 scoop of Golden Milk Powder
4. 1 tsp of cinnamon (optional)
5. 2 tsp of red maca powder
6. 2 TB of raw agave
7. 1 tsp of coconut oil
8. Oat milk

Directions:
-add spring water, sea moss gel, Golden Milk Powder, cinnamon, red maca powder, raw agave and coconut oil into your blender
-blend this first so the sea moss gel can thicken which turns into your concentrate
-grab 2 glass jars and split the concentrate into half
-then add your oat milk until its the consistency you like (i like mines more thin so I had to the top)
-put lid on and shake
-ENJOY!!

This week we'll be talking about maca powder then explore the different types. There is 3 main types of maca: yellow (most common), red (rare) and black (rarest).

Maca is a root which derives from South America, usually in the Andes Mountain range.

Nutrients consists of amino acids, iron, magnesium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc. Vitamin B1, B2, B12, C and E
