HIIT BOOTCAMP @ CASS COUNTY FITNESS! Class time- Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 pm. This is a 45 minute circuit class that will accommodate all fitness levels. Don’t be intimidated! Beginner or advanced- everyone is welcome and encouraged. $5 per class. Hope to see some new and familiar faces! 😊

ATTENTION 💎 I will be accepting a few NEW clients now that school has started back. These appointments are from 8 AM to 2 PM. I leave my shop at 3:15 to go pick up Kids and then take them to every sport you can think of. 🤣

💎 Unfortunately I WILL NOT be able to LASH after school this year. BUT I HAVE MANY CLIENTS THAT COME ON THEIR LUNCH BREAKS, conference times……
