It still doesn’t feel real sometimes.

I took a risk walking away from the “safe” career path to build something that actually felt meaningful to me. There were slow months, self-doubt, long days, financial stress, and moments where I questioned everything.

But little by little, the right clients found me. Word spread. Opportunities grew. And the same passion that people told me was unrealistic became the thing opening doors I never imagined possible.

Your life can completely change when you stay consistent at something long enough to become undeniable.

Hard work matters. Passion matters. Talent matters.
But persistence is what changes everything.

16+ A-listers… and it’s all been word-of-mouth.

No big launch. No ads. No chasing.
Just me, building this from the ground up—one client, one room, one session at a time.

Every referral led to another door… and somehow those doors kept getting bigger.

Each time I get a new A-list client, it still feels like the first one.

Same nerves. Same excitement. Same “how is this my life?” moment.

I don’t take any of it lightly.
I’m just grateful people trust me with their bodies, their recovery, their time.

Lately I’ve been making my own massage oil… and I’m kinda obsessed with it 😌

When you work with your hands all day, you get very particular about what you’re using. So I started blending high-quality essential oils with a mango body butter base to create something that feels amazing, lasts through the entire session, and actually supports the work I’m doing.

It’s smooth, it’s nourishing, and it holds up whether I’m doing deep tissue, lymphatic work, or a full body session.

No shortcuts over here — just really good ingredients going straight onto your skin.

I can’t wait for you guys to experience this on the table… it’s coming soon 👀

People always assume I’m booked with celebrities and high-level clients because of my hands…

and yes, skill matters—but honestly, it’s not the whole story.

A lot of what got me here has nothing to do with technique and everything to do with how I show up.

I show up clean and reset.
Not rushing in from something else, not frazzled—just grounded and ready for you.

I keep fragrance-free oil options on hand.
Some clients are sensitive, some just prefer it… either way, it’s about giving them a choice.

My table setup is really comfortable.
Extra padding, supportive headrest… little things that make a big difference the second you lay down.

I leave early (always).
Traffic, parking, getting into buildings—I’ve already planned for it so I’m never walking in stressed or late.

I genuinely enjoy the lifestyle.
New homes, different parts of the city, meeting all kinds of people… it keeps things interesting in the best way.

I have a bit of a “let’s go” attitude.
Calm, ready, no hesitation—just present and focused on the session.

I dress the part.
Comfortable, but still clean and professional. Nothing overdone, just put together.

And I pack efficiently.
Everything I need, easy to set up, no chaos or digging through bags.

None of this is actual massage technique…
but it’s what makes people feel comfortable inviting you into their space and trusting you.

Your work matters, of course—
but how you show up matters just as much.

Deep tissue ≠ always better

Many of my athletes come in looking for targeted relief. After awhile they start to learn that a lighter pressure session has its place.

Not only for the nervous system reset. But to help the muscles recovery.

Overtime we typically start incorporate a full body session vs targeted work.

Food for thought.

Because the problem might not be in your back. (It’s often your hip flexors 👀)

When a patient comes in with back pain - I’ve always taken the approach to work everything that could be a part of the problem.

Typically this will provide some relief - here are the areas I typically target:

Glutes (all parts)
Hamstrings
TFL/IT Band
Quads
Hip Flexors

Did you know your back pain was coming from your hips? Let me know in the comments !

After working on 1,000+ bodies as a massage therapist, I start noticing patterns people don’t even realize their body is showing.

Here are a few:

1️⃣ If your body feels safe enough to relax
Some people melt into the table within minutes. Others take most of the session before their nervous system trusts it’s okay to let go.

2️⃣ When your body is fighting the pressure
Sometimes clients ask for deeper pressure, but their muscles are guarding and resisting the whole time.

3️⃣ When someone genuinely doesn’t know how to relax. It’s more common than you’d think. Stress trains the body to stay “on.”

4️⃣ Nervous conversation during the massage
Sometimes talking the whole time is a way to avoid actually feeling what’s happening in the body.

5️⃣ Who treats massage like a luxury vs. a necessity
The people who get the most benefit are the ones who see massage as taking care of their body, not just an occasional treat.

After 1,000+ bodies, I can usually tell these things within the first few minutes.
