Proper care of your hair is essential to maintaining its beauty. Wash each weft individually and gently. Avoid shampoos with sulfates, alcohol, or with a PH balance higher than 7. ➰

Did you know that your Untamed Mane extensions can last as long as 6 months with proper care and moderate to regular use? If you use them less they can end up lasting up to a year or more. 🤍

Q+A Time!

Q: how often should I wash my Untamed Mane extensions?

A: It would be best to wash your curly extensions before wearing them to wake up the curl from packaging with the same sulfate-free, curly girl method products you use in your own curls.
• Then we recommend washing & conditioning after 5-10 wears or as needed.

We know you’re going to look so amazing in your Untamed Mane extensions you’re never going to want to stop wearing them-including to the pool or beach 🌊…

However, you should NOT swim in your Untamed Mane extensions or get them wet with pool/sea water. They are a lot weaker than natural hair and the chemicals found in pools and even sea water can damage the hair. 🤍
