UPDATE: Ladies these Lipo foams boards and flat board and it WORKS. I would recommend getting the 5pk of Lipo foam. It also helps keep you in line so you don’t move the wrong way and hurt yourself. The swelling went down and I see my curves coming through slowing but surely. It’s a YES for me w these products.
