We need barbers that can help the people who need a change, people who are famous, people who need their secrets held, people who need a friend, people who are artist or musicians, people who live a fast paced lifestyle, John and Jane, Mike and Keisha, the powerful, the meek, the nonverbal, the elderly, the youth, the mentally disabled, the Pastors, the judges, the Shy and introverted, the people who desired to walk around like superheroes, the models and the actors, the healers, your doctors, your lawyers, your cousins, your nieces, and your nephews, the poor, the unloved and the community out reachers… BARBERS WE ARE SOOOOOOO NEEDED. Let’s not downplay another barbers position. We are all a necessary part of a greater picture.

I CUT THIS BECAUSE had an idea for a crown. He came to me because he thought I could execute it. I did it it nervously and got that confidence going mid cut lol (I know yall can relate) Anyhow this is one of my favorite collabs to date… 💡💡💡

Collaborate with people who are on the same mindset as you and stop bashing on the people standing next to you that sea life a little differently. There is room for difference. There’s so much space to create. 📍right here

This industry is different for everybody. Everyone thinks they know what’s right for it but what’s truly right is when you’re connected with your niche, your gift, your particular reason for doing what you do, the way you do it and the reasons why you do it are good enough. Some won’t understand why it’s so “deep” for others emotionally and some wont understand why it’s deeper for others technically. But why does that all matter? We are each pedals for a flowers that is still blooming… a small part of a greater picture.. when will that be enough? When will our industry get that you can be great without downplaying the contributions of another?
