Heeeey! So I was invited to talk about my loc life and introduce myself as a master loctician and authenticity coach over the weekend. This was an amazing opportunity and experience and I truly appreciate the young brother that hosted the live stream. This chapter is called “hi haters”! This is how I start my day. I stretch, do my lil workout, take my shower and while I’m doing my skin care and makeup, I say these words. Cause it’s not easy. Don’t ask me how I did it I just did it it was hard!
