Over the last ten years I have learned simple changes to my lifestyle that have blessed me to make tremendous strides to wellness. As triune beings on this plane at this time, it is our belief that we need to return to the source to maintain an abundant (thriving) life. Eliminating certain things from our diets can make all the difference in the world. we address the physical (body), as well as the psychologcial (soul), and the divine (spirit) parts of us. Therefore we address the whole self holistcally! Many different cultures around the globe stress the need for fruits and vegetables in our diets. We hear about the decline of our health due to processed foods with little to no nutritional value. Most of us suffer from too much fast food consumption. A great many of us wish we could work out more. So we have decided to post healthy vegan recipes! Highlighting as many different cultures as we can find. We encourage you to do the same. All are welcomed to share! Reiki, Feng Shui, and Reflexology tips and suggestions are offered as well. To address the wellness and growth of the spirit - affirmations, divine writings - basically words of encouragement from many teachings are included. We embrace us all, leaving none out.

I do!
I had a full on anxiety attack earlier today. It’s the same one I get every first of the month when it’s time to pay bills😖
So, for me it’s learned relationship with money.
I come from a family where the 1st of the month was a headache waiting to happen.
I am so happy, grateful and excited to denounce this poverty mindset!!!!
My mentors teach me that I hold the power!
