A Few Updates and Changes...

There have been a few updates and changes that have taken place. Please review these changes and be mindful of them when scheduling in the near future.

Scheduling An Appointment

All appointments are provided on a first come, first serve basis, and are ONLY available 30 days from the current date. No appointments will be scheduled outside of what is visibly available through online booking unless there is same day availability. A notification will be sent out via Instagram in the event of a last minute cancellation.

It is your responsibility to be sure that all contact information is updated and correct when scheduling as receiving notifications about your appointment will not occur if it is not.

You will be contacted at the time of your appointment for entry as the waiting area inside is still restricted. Please remain in your vehicle until then. The doors and elevators are open and available for use, however if locked, call from the call box and I will buzz you in.

Please be sure to be mindful of work schedules as working during your nail appointment is NOT PERMITTED (no emails, texts, laptops, interactive zoom calls, etc.)! This is to ensure adequate timing for you to receive nail services in a timely fashion and to respect the time of others who have to be serviced after you as well. Any violations will result in a same day cancellation per policy.

Please only schedule for services you are able to receive. If changes need to be made, please let me know in advance so that they can be arranged in a timely fashion. If you cancel a service(s) at the time of service, it will result in a same day cancellation per policy, and you will be responsible for payment of the service you did not receive.

Payment Options

NO CASH APP PAYMENTS ALLOWED! The ONLY acceptable forms of payment are a valid debit or credit card, Zelle, or cash. Please note that there is a convenience fee for all debit and credit cards processed of $2.00 per transaction and $5.00 per transaction for any balance that is $100 or more.

Also, a valid credit or debit card is required for scheduling. In regards to the salon's cancellation policy, if the payment declines and no payment is received by the close of business same day (6pm), you will not be permitted to schedule in the future.

Loyalty Program

The loyalty program will be ending on September 30, 2020 by close of business. Any points not redeemed by then will officially expire and will not be transferred or used towards any future transactions.

COVID-19 Procedures

For everyone's safety, please wait to be contacted for your appointment as multiple people are not allowed in the suite.

A mask is required- NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not have one, one will be provided for you for $3.00.

You must wash your hands thoroughly prior to service and hand sanitizer will be available as well. Please do not touch your face or anything else during your appointment to minimize exposure.

Due to limited spacing, please limit the amount of personal belongings that you bring with you. Also, only the individual being serviced is allowed in the suite. Anyone else will be asked to wait outside until the end of service. NO KIDS ALLOWED!

Temperature checks will resume as the risk of infection is still fairly high within the state of Georgia. Anyone with a temperature of 99 degrees or higher will be asked to leave and your appointment will be rescheduled- NO EXCEPTIONS!

These updates/changes are for your safety and the considerations of others. Failure to abide by these changes will result in a same day cancellation per policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled by the close of business 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment time will be considered as a same day cancellation. All same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you must cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please do so no later than the close of business of the day prior to your scheduled nail appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
*Any violators of enforced COVID-19 policies and guidelines will be asked to leave and charged as a same day cancellation per policy.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

The suite will officially be closed UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE . ALL APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULED ARE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. I will send another email and post on social media when we are allowed to begin work again at the suite location.

Due to the current magnitude of COVID-19, I will not be performing nail services during this time, especially including home visits. This is to take precautionary measures to maintain the safety of myself and also your family. I am hopeful to resume business as usual as soon as possible as I am sure you are too. Until then, I must and will abide by the guidelines that have been set in place at this time.

The suite will officially be closed starting today. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. If you had an appointment scheduled within this timeframe, you may currently reschedule your appointment via online beginning at the end of 14 day period starting April 7th...

Due to the current magnitude of COVID-19, I will not be performing nail services during this time, including home visits. I am hopeful to resume business beginning April 7th during normal business hours. Until then, I will abide by the guidelines that have been set in place at this time.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update from the Folks at NailzbyTori 03/17/2020

In the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it is imperative that we work together to ensure our health and safety during this time. I have decided that I will continue to operate safely in the salon suite until further notice from our government. I will also keep you updated as changes in operation occur.

I would like to take the time to ensure you that we have been and will continue to keep the workspace clean through safe sanitation practices. Also, please take a moment to read our updated salon policies and procedures- they will also be listed on the website at nailzbytori.com (http://www.nailzbytori.com) .
Most of all, let's continue to remain calm yet conscious of our health and safety during this unfortunate time. As always, I look forward to continue servicing you all in the near future.

Updated Policies and Procedures

1. Please refrain from scheduling any services if you have been or are currently experiencing signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, aching, etc.). This will reduce the chance of contamination in the workspace. If you appear to be experiencing signs of illness, you appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Please wash your hands prior to being serviced for at least 20-30 seconds.

3. Please continue to abide by salon policies and refrain from bringing others to your scheduled appointment.

4. Please do not bring any additional items to your appointment with the exception of a purse and bottled water. ALL LAPTOPS, LUNCHBOXES, ETC. WILL BE PROHIBITED .

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE 10/24/2019

Scheduling Appointments & Cancellation Policy Updates

There has been a few misunderstandings and updates in regards to the scheduling process and cancellation policy. At this time, I would like to clarify these processes so that there will be no confusion moving forward. These policies will be enforced effective immediately. Please read this notification in its entirety.

All appointments can be scheduled online at nailzbytori.com (http://www.nailzbytori.com) , 24/7, at your convenience, within a 30 day window from the current date. I will not be accepting any appointments via phone unless they are for same day availability because same day availability is not available to schedule online. If you reach out via text message, I will reply at my earliest convenience, henceforth, calling is always preferred.

Also, be sure to LOGIN when scheduling to keep track of your current and past appointments scheduled and loyalty rewards.

Please place a valid form of payment onto your account that will cover your costs if charged per cancellation policy. There is no prepayment or funds held for this feature and is strictly used for same day cancellations and no shows. The card you place on file will only be charged if your card is charged per policy. If you prefer the same card being used to pay your balance at the end of service, you may do so at a convenience fee of $5.00. Otherwise, if you have the card present, it will be swiped at the convenience fee of $2.00. Cash payments are always accepted.

Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text (based on your preferred method of contact selected). Review the confirmation for the correct contact information, date, service, and time. In the event any of the information is incorrect, cancel the appointment and reschedule another or select an option to reschedule the appointment through the confirmation email. If you are scheduling for the next day and need adjustments or changes, then you must call me to make the adjustment because you will not be able to do so online.

Within 2-3 days of your upcoming appointment, you will receive reminders of your scheduled appointment. There is a new feature of confirming your appointment, so as it approaches, please be sure to confirm if you are coming. If you do not confirm your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled. If you are unable to make it for any reason, please cancel via your reminders/confirmations so that the appointment may be available to others. Please note that ANY appointment cancelled/ no-show for same day service will be charged 100% of the service cost - NO EXCEPTIONS. This will also include appointments booked with 2 or more services. If you schedule two services and cancel one at the time of service, you will also be charged 100% for the other service. If changes need to be made, I ask that you please do so no later than the night before by 9pm.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your card on file will be charged per cancellation policy. This is to ensure that I remain on schedule and to avoid overlapping of appointment times, as it has been extremely inconvenient overall. I will no longer over compensate lateness unless it is due to my own tardiness, which I am also working on as well. Those adjustments will be based on a situational basis.

If you are unable to schedule an appointment in advance for any reason, it is okay. There are slight instances where someone may have a last minute cancellation. Just be aware that waiting until the last minute to schedule will not guarantee availability. To ensure the availability that may work best for you, urge that you schedule your follow up appointment(s) before you leave your current visit.

I am hopeful that I have addressed any questions or concerns in regards to scheduling appointments and the cancellation policy. If there are any changes moving forward, I will be sure to notify you via email.

As we are excited that Super Bowl LIII will be hosted in our hometown of Atlanta, GA, there are a few things we would like to inform you of to make your scheduling experience with NailzbyTori a successful one!

If you have scheduled a nail experience for this week, please keep in mind the timing of your appointment in conjunction with your work schedule and inner city traffic during this week's events. Inner city road blocks may occur and parking may be limited so please pre-plan accordingly. If you have to reschedule your appointment, please do so in a timey fashion. If you are significantly late to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you will incur a fee as listed in the cancellation policy.

There will be a modified schedule during Super Bowl week. There will be LIMITED AVAILABILITY! If it does not appear online it will not be available.
