Each day is another step closer to my dreams.

Day 9

To be completely honest and transparent I really don’t feel like I’ve been consistent with my eating and working out for 90 days straight before.
I like working out but there is always a reason why I start eating crappy food or why I stop working out. There’s always an excuse.
I feel these excuses has been me problem for a long time now. This is why I’m publicly having my ig fam hold me accountable. Each day I’m posting I’m holding myself accountable but I’m also being held accountable by my people’s!

True fact
Your beard can grow if you don’t trim it.

But also True fact...
When you doing trim your ends they will begin to split causing damage to your beard.
It is Also likely you will begin to develop fairy knots at the end of your strands. When picking/combing your beard these fairy knots will create friction which ultimately leads to shedding.

So if you’ve been wondering why there’s so much beard hair shedding in your sink just ask yourself, “when was the last time I trimmed my beard?”

Beard Wash Sunday

Did you forget to wash your beard?
I know I know.....

But It’s not too late to wash your beard.
Sunday nights are great for getting ready for the week to come!

5 Steps:
1. Beard wash (then rinse)
2. Beard conditioner (then rinse)
3. Leave in Conditioner
4. Balm (dime size)
5. Serum (2-3 pumps)

Some of you may be some what confused.

Why is she working out?
Why is she posting this?
I thought she only cut hair 🤔?

Truth is in order to give consistent hair cuts you must be fit. Standing all day takes a toll on the body.
Also consistency starts with in. How can you grow without forming fundamental values? You can’t!
I give more than a haircut I provide an experience and that takes energy.

Today I woke up and had the urge to drive.
So I got in my car and started driving around Arizona. No gps.
No plans. Just me and my music coasting. Some how I followed the mountains and ended up here!
Took myself on a spontaneous day date🥰
