Royal Rubies Salon & Extension

Royal Rubies was founded by Cristen Turner in 2011, as an aspiring cosmetologist Cristen started her journey in 2009 at Paul Mitchell the School Atlanta. She then went on to work for numerous companies. Waking up early mornings, coming home late nights, and having a tiny voice with little impact she finally came to the realization that she wanted to become her own boss. In 2011 she started Royal Rubies as an online jewelry boutique, but once again trials occur, the lack of support, lack of confidence, and lack of resources caused it to be unsuccessful. In 2012 Cristen realized she had lost her focus, passion, and love for her original dream of becoming a cosmetologist. Cristen attended Atlanta Technical College and graduated with her cosmetology diploma in December 2013 and obtained her license in 2014. Cristen decided to pick up Royal Rubies where she left off but this time she dedicated it to enhancing the beauty blessed to others and her love for serving. With the strength and power of God Cristen ventured off to be her own BOSS as an Independent Freelancing Hairstylist and Makeup Artist offering services to individuals for photo shoots, bridal, and much more. With plans to own her own salon and boutique the journey for Cristen and Royal Rubies has just began.
