Just finished Day 5 of my strict 30 Day CANDIDA Program and was doing so good with my commitment. This Program consists of eliminating all yeast from diet with no room for error. Went to a restaurant & ordered grill chicken & upon 1st bite realized it was marinated in a sweet sauce. Now I have to start back over. Day 1 today! On the bright side, I did lose 4 pounds in the 5 days. It has been hard but AMAZING too so wish me luck this week!
