The Kani Hair Group

Clients LOVE the look of the high blondes and so do I, HOWEVER, as a professional it is my duty to properly educate my clients about what they can expect when choosing high blonde systems. There is an extra layer of comittment that some may not be willing to take on.

How I guide the client journey, help manage expectations, and help my clients get the best out of their investment is paramount to the success of the experience for both of us!

To my fellow professionals:

DO NOT just say "welp, that's what she wanted 🤷🏾‍♀️" . The experience on which your service sits upon is mostly a responsibility that rests on your shoulders. YOU are the professional and therefore you set the tone.
If you properly educate your client by way of reflective listening first, identifying the need second, and finally creating a clear path to a style (color, texture, cut etc) that speaks to and aligns to the client's lifestyle and level of personal comittment to maintenance, the overall experience will leave very little room for error.

I look forward to teaching more on all the things I've learned aside from the technical physical part of performing these services. There are layers to this service that really shape the services and create a solid foundation for client connection and retention.
