🗣️🗣️🗣️ It has come to my attention that the Georgia Medical Board has made a few changes regarding the requirements for those who use RF (radio frequency) and cavitation devices for the purpose of skin tightening and fat removal. The medical board requires that the person performing these services hold an Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner license and also be under the supervision of a medical director or a physician. I have attached the direct link to the Georgia Medical Board for your review below. Those who violate these requirements are considered to be "practicing medicine".

Just wanted to post an FYI to encourage businesses to do their own research if you offer these services. It may require that you make some decisions regarding your business operations. No one wants a violation from the medical board or state board!
