What are some of your wellness resolutions? I know, I know we are getting back in the gym. I googled memberships myself yesterday.
( side note.. I honestly love the YMCA. It has a steam room and listen, I loooooovvveee a steam room)!
I think my number one resolution is mindfulness and patience. Patience with myself and the other people around me. These last two years have been difficult to say the least.
