🍂 Okay, this Autumn Soap really does smell like fall.

It has a little sweetness, a little spice, and those warm woodsy notes that just smell so good together. I also added paprika and annatto powder, which fit this soap perfectly. And I LOVE how those fall colors came together. 🍁

The blue is what catches your eye, but the scent is just as good. It’s a beautiful mix of violet, lavender, ylang ylang, warm amber, musk, and vanilla that all comes together so nicely.

🤎 Let’s talk about our Shea Butter Soap.

Shea butter is one of those ingredients I really enjoy using in handmade soap. It’s naturally rich in fatty acids and vitamins and adds a nice creamy feel to the lather.
I also added Haitian castor oil, better known as Lwil Maskriti 🇭🇹, which makes this soap a little extra special to me. It’s an ingredient that has been used in Haitian households for generations, so I love being able to incorporate it into something I make.
