Small businesses that provide services that are âwantsâ and not âneedsâ often forget that customers, clients, etc. donât have to get their âwantsâ fulfilled by you or any other business offering the same service. âNeedsâ(rent, car note, groceries, etc.) are a necessity not wants. Also, a client may want to get their nails or hair done and not be interested in lashes or donât have the budget for it.
