Hello friends, question:

I have a very good friend who lives downtown on the upper floor of a high-rise condo (the Healey Building Condominium Association). The condo gives fob access to members to reach all floors. The access is by way of elevators that are paid for by the residents but are common elements serviced by the HOA (CMA controls the HOA). My friend’s monthly dues were prepaid until Frebuary 2025, and the key fob was also paid for. Recently, the HOA deactivated the fob access with no reason given. They suspended the key fob indefinitely and are aware of the adverse situation and effect. My friend is having a difficult time getting to the unit of residence, including the mail and trash rooms. Do you have any ideas on how to get reactivated.
