To bring clarity as to the “WHY “ guiding this decision. Just before the pandemic, February to be exact I had just had the Calling Kings To Rise event. My inner being spoke to me saying “ I’m transitioning you out of fitness.”

Since that time I have been focused more on Mental Well-being. I have always coached certain clients mentally just as an added bonus to my fitness training. So the transition was easy for me; I have always understood that my purpose is bigger than fitness. It was a stepping stone that was being used.

Looking back further, when I was a cosmetologist. I was coaching women from behind the chair. Never knew I was in training for the bigger picture, until February 2020.

Yes, I am still certified and do offer this training services to those clients that want the complete transformation Mind, Body and Soul.

So as I move in the intent of my purpose of being an Author, Mental Wellness Coach & Transformational Speaker, it’s time to say goodbye to this page.
