How did I get here with FOUR kids and I’m an ONLY CHILD?! 😂😂😂 Adam , Ava , Chance & Choyce
Like seriously… who told me to build a whole sibling group when I never even had siblings?! 😂
But if you’ve ever wondered what Busy As A M***a really means… here’s the perfect picture. 🤎
Four kids. Four completely different stages of life. And somehow, I’m right in the middle of all of it.
I have an 18-year-old in college, a 12-year-old, a 2-year-old, and a 9-month-old. So motherhood for me can look completely different from one hour to the next. 😂
I can go from talking about college and life decisions, to middle school and cheer, to snacks and toddler business, to bottles and baby duty… all in the same day.
And that’s really what this page is about — juggling motherhood and being REAL about what that looks like.
Some days I’m on it. Some days I’m all over the place. 😂 But one thing I’m very intentional about is making sure all four of my kids get ME.
My older kids still need their mama even though I have little ones. My little ones deserve the traditions, experiences and memories I created with my older kids. And I’m constantly learning how to spread my time, show up for everybody and meet each child where they are.
The craziest part is… I started motherhood YOUNG.
My oldest and I really grew up together. 🥹 And as much as I’m raising my little ones differently now because I’m older, wiser and more intentional, I’m so grateful for the young mom I was.
She taught me how to be the mom I am today.
Now I get another chance to create traditions, slow down for certain moments, do some things differently and also look at my big kids and realize… dang, young me did a lot of things right too. 🥹🤎
So yes, I started ALLLLL the way over. 😂 And if you’re wondering if you should start over too…
Come on! It’s fun over here! 😂
Big kids, little kids, babies, different personalities, different needs, different stages… and a mama somewhere in the middle trying to make sure everybody feels equally loved.
That’s Busy As A M***a. 🤎
And coming from an only child… I still can’t believe all these kids are MINE. 😂😂
Four years ago, my son and I went viral during a visit to Clark Atlanta University, and from that moment he was awarded a $2,000 scholarship if he chose to attend CAU one day. He was only 14 at the time, so college felt forever away. We celebrated the moment and kept living, never imagining that four years later life would bring us right back to where the story started. 🥹❤️
His road to college didn’t go exactly as we planned. There were unexpected turns, last-minute changes, and plenty of moments where we simply didn’t know what was going to happen next. But when we found ourselves needing an opportunity, CAU welcomed my son and truly took care of him throughout the entire process.
Not only did they help make his college dream a reality, but they also gave him the opportunity to continue chasing the game he loves — football. 🏈❤️
After everything he’s been through and everything he’s fought through to get back on that field, he didn’t need every school or every coach to believe in him. He only needed ONE yes. And CAU gave him that yes.
That’s what makes this moment so special to me.
The same campus where we went viral four years ago, laughing and celebrating a scholarship for a future we couldn’t even see yet, is now the place my son gets to call his college while continuing his football journey.
You couldn’t have told me four years ago that life was setting us up for this kind of full-circle moment. 🥹
So I have to give a HUGE thank you to Clark Atlanta University for seeing my son, welcoming him, giving him an opportunity, and taking care of him when we needed it most.
As a mama, I’ll never forget that. ❤️🐾
Four years later, we’re right back where it all started. Full circle.
Happy First Day of College Son 🥹 WE DID IT !!

If you’re here for perfect motherhood… I might not be the mama for you. 😂🤎
Over here, you’re getting the REAL. I’m raising them through just about every stage of life—a whole 18-year-old college student, teens and preteens, two under two, plus bonus-mom life. I’m a wife, a corporate working mama, and a woman still chasing BIG dreams of my own while trying to remember what I walked into the room for. 😭😂
I’ve been the young mom, the teen mom, the new mom, the experienced mom, the sports mom, the college mom, the daycare mom… baby, I’ve got a membership in just about every section of motherhood. 😂
And somewhere in between taking care of everybody else, I’m building this dream, creating, laughing through the chaos and figuring it out right along with y’all.
Think of me as your favorite cousin on the internet—the one who’s going to keep it real, make you laugh, and remind you that none of us have to have this motherhood thing perfectly figured out. 🤎
Whether you’re rocking a newborn, chasing a toddler, arguing with a teenager, sending one off to college, or somewhere in between… you belong over here. We’re in this together, and we’re doing the dang thing.
Welcome to the chaos. I’m Busy As A M***a. 🤎
Y’all can laugh because I have been CRYING laughing at this video 😂😭 but there’s actually a whole story behind it.
I’ve been dealing with pain from my wisdom teeth for almost THREE YEARS. But in the middle of all of that, I got pregnant, had a baby, got pregnant again, and had another baby. ❤️
I knew I needed to have my wisdom teeth surgically removed, but if there was even a possibility of the surgery, medications, or anything associated with it causing complications for my babies during pregnancy, I wasn’t taking that chance. So I kept putting it off. I sucked it up, managed the pain the best I could, and made sure BOTH of my babies were here safe and healthy before I even considered taking care of this.
That’s just how I am about my babies. I DO NOT play about their health. And I know so many moms understand — we will put ourselves on the back burner and push through things we probably shouldn’t because our babies come first. 🥹❤️
Over time, I had to take medication here and there just to temporarily control the pain. But this last time, while I was taking medication, Choyce ended up with a diaper rash while breastfeeding, and that was my final straw. I said, “Okay, THAT’S ENOUGH.” I couldn’t keep temporarily treating the pain and putting this surgery off.
And honestly, I couldn’t have waited much longer anyway because the pain had become some of the WORST pain I have ever experienced. 😭 It was finally time for Mama to take care of Mama.
A HUGE shoutout to Precision Oral Surgery, Dr. Atijah Collins and his assistant P! ❤️ They truly went above and beyond for me. They understood how badly I was hurting, got me in QUICK, took amazing care of me and got me right back out the door to my babies. I’m so thankful for them! 🙏🏽
And THEN there’s this video… 😭😂😂
After THREE YEARS of dealing with these wisdom teeth, apparently those surgery meds had me coming home without a care in the WORLD. 😂
Two babies delivered safely. ❤️
Wisdom teeth FINALLY handled. 🙌🏽
Mama is DONE putting this off!
Now why was I acting like THIS?! 😭😂😂😂
I was trying to sneak out this morning and my husband yelled at me,”Jas just Go!”
Why did he do that ?
It was all she wrote !
2 under 2 moms… if you’re constantly saying, “Be gentle with the baby,” just know the baby eventually starts defending themselves. 😅
Don’t worry—they’re both okay !
