Hello Naturalites,
We are IT’Z ALL Y’RZ Curls, Coils, & Kinks a team of natural hair cultivator, who believes in the beauty of the natural you. Whether it’s braided, twisted, locked, rolled, or sewn, it was WEAVE. Women who transitioned would think all they could do was to either weave or lock, SUCH A LIE. Naturalites would look in various magazine and receive very in depth information about product, services, and ways to maintain chemically treated hair. I spoke with various people, from other natural hair cultivator to other naturalites, and everyone felt the same. So we here at IT’Z ALL Y’RZ got ourselves together to deliver to the naturalite community something REAL and INSPIRING. As you will read in the media package, we will focus on the beauty of the REAL NATURAL TEXTURE, along with educating naturalites, and transitional naturalites on proper product use, ingredients, and tons and tons of styles. More often then not we invest our time, energy, and money into reading, promoting, and advertising in magazines that are not concentrating on what natural community really needs. PLEASE know that IT'Z ALL Y'RZ do not focus on a RACE, but a TEXTURE!who works the hair in a natural state constantly, we found ourselves always hearing women say various things about being natural and their journey. CHAPTER 12: RELAXERS PERMS & TEXTURIZERS
RELAXERS

FOR: It was actually discovered by accident. He was a tailor and
was trying to find a solution to ease the friction in his sewing
machines.

FOR: An early alternative method for curling hair that was
suitable for use on people.
TEXTURIZERS:

FOR: Tightly Curl Pattern
RELAXERS:
Relaxers were created by accident. Mr. Garrett Morgan, an
African American tailor who created other things, mainly for
public safety like the 3-position traffic light, safety hoods, and
smoke detectors. He made the product because he needed to
find a way to ease the friction in his sewing machines. He noticed
it had a major effect on straightening curly tresses and so he first
tried it on the curls of an Airedale dog. When that test was
successful, he tried it on his tresses, and G.A Morgan Hair
Refinery Company was born. The company’s hair relaxer
product, G.A. Morgan’s Hair Refiner, was based on the alkaline
chemicals used to straighten tresses. This product helped to

create other hair-care products, such as dyes, other hair
processing creams, and the curved-tooth pressing comb.
