Ley de Emergencia - Comisión de pueblos indígenas.
Ayer lunes estuvieron presentes integrantes del Parlamento de comunidades indígenas Narciso López y de El Angosto de El Perchel.

Los mismos cuestionaron que la misma se lleva adelante sin garantizar el proceso de consulta, previa, libre e informada, ante las medidas de emergencia ambiental que incluso abre la posibilidad a "reubicamientos de poblados". También porque los derechos laborales que pretenden sacar afectan a quienes integran las comunidades que son docentes, trabajadores de la salud, o municipales.

También rechazaron los superpoderes que da la Ley al gobernador de Jujuy. Entre otros temas plantearon que quieren conocer los acuerdos llevados adelante por el Gobierno de Carlos Sadir con la empresa Mekorot para el manejo del agua.

Desde la izquierda además de acompañar los planteos, indicamos que diversos espacios y comunidades que solicitaron expresar opinión por la Ley de Emergencia no estaban presentes ni fueron convocados.

Queda claro que la Ley no favorece a quienes se organizan.y luchan en defensa del agua y los territorios, cuya emergencia es en beneficio de quienes hacen negocio con el extractivismo a costa del despojo y derechos fe ñas comunidades.
