This year we moved to a tiered commission — recalculated every single pay period (weekly in our case), based on your actual service totals. No levels, no seniority, same tiers + same opportunity for everyone.
And here’s the part that matters most to us: it’s all written into our handbook. Rates, timing, how it’s calculated. No asking around, no Googling “is this normal,” no surprises on payday. You can also find ALL your numbers in our booking software Mangomint Salon & Spa Software
