If you were in class this past Wednesday at Crunch, I announced the start of the Hurricane Melissa Donation Drive. For the next few weeks, I'll be collecting items to donate to the victims of Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. I'm collaborating with CLTV, one of the official donation locations, who is in direct contact with the Jamaican consulate here in Atlanta to get the items shipped to Jamaica.

You can bring your donations to class every Wednesday or if you're on the Southside and can't make it to Tucker, please reach out and I can coordinate meeting you for pick ups. Also, if any of my instructor friends would like to collab and extend this to their classes, please let me know and we can work together. No donation is too small 💚💛🖤

Join us on October 4th for a health fair like no other! Jam Across Georgia is hosting "Fall Into Fitness", a health fair with FREE health screenings, safety demonstrations from American Red Cross and 2 whole hours of dance fitness. We have Caribbean dance, Hip Hop, Zumba and Afrobeat sessions! I'll be heading the Caribbean portion of this workout so come and dance with us, take advantage of the free screenings and take charge of your health.

The health fair is free to attend but make sure you register and get your tickets for the 2 hour dance fitness.

You know we love to sweat for a cause! Join us next Saturday as we raise money for the Kevin J. Wilson Foundation whose mission is to aid in the research and battle against chronic kidney disease. This cause is near and dear to the heart of our host and it's the foundation's 10-year anniversary. We have 5 instructors, a DJ and a lot of passion for helping others.
