I have to speak up on an issue that is way too common. First I want to remind everyone that mink lash extensions are a luxury service that require HIGH maintenance! If you already don’t have a daily facial routine you are likely to fall short in consistently cleaning your lashes! If you can’t keep up with maintenance extensions are probably not fit you. This message is for everyone who wears extensions not just my clients!Us lash techs have this issue and convo ALL the time!•

CRUST and EYELINER are huge issues. If you produce more crust than normal, book a shampoo. If you aren’t using actual lash shampoo and cleaning them book a shampoo. As we’re entering a new year I have to be strict on my rules:•

1. If you come with dirty lashes to any appointment you will be charged for a shampoo IF there is time. If there isn’t tine you will have to reschedule.•

2. Crust and makeup produce oil. Oil breaks your lashes! So when I clean them many more may “pop” off because the adhesive can no longer bond to the oily lash. This will result in a new set!•

3. Again, if most of your lashes come off during the shampoo or have to be taken off because crust and makeup are so stick to them it will be a fill set! •

4. For BEST results, make a one time purchase of lash shampoo or book a shampoo with each infill! You would not go weeks without washing your hair so don’t do it with your lashes!!•

Thus is just a friendly reminder! We only get one pair of eyes and your extensions are extremely close! Do no risk infections ladies! It’s not worth it! Mites can also jump to other hair on your face and body! You don’t want that either!!•
