i got to spruce up eliza’s beautiful curls right before christmas 🎄 ✨ we took her red a bit more vibrant and gave her curls some loving on the cut for bigger + bouncier. styled with mizani’s 25 miracle spray as our primer, amika’s curl corps scrunched into soaking wet hair, followed up with amika’s plus size also scrunching into soaking wet hair. then scrunched + pushed the excess water out and flip the head front to back + side to side while diffusing to curls that have movement, definition, and volume! once the hair was completely dry i finished with amika’s thicc at the roots, fluffed a lil bit and here we are! what products are y’all using to style + dry your curls? share your secrets with meeee 💕

a ✨color correction✨is when the hair is aggressively or extremely changed. so whether that be going from blue to blonde, black to red, blonde to dark brown, etc.. 🎨 HERE’S THE DEAL, if you book an appointment for a color correction or if you talk to your stylist and realize what you need is a color correction you have to trust the process. know that slow and steady will get you better AND healthier results, and you’ll have more faith in your stylist at the end. it’s a marathon, not a race 🐢 LAST LIL THING, if you have anything on your hair that was not done by a professional, that’s automatically considered a color correction 🤷🏽‍♀️ hair color isn’t one size fits all and what you put on your hair at home could have some gnarly affects, so it has to be professionally corrected 💕 doesn’t make you a bad person, just means we get to love on your hair a lil harder. 🌙here’s an after, first shampoo at home, and before picture🌙
