Ideal Barbershop

Introducing Jon. 💈💪🏾

Around here, precision is the starting point, not the finish line.

Jon brings the detail.

The consistency.

The experience.

And now, he’s bringing it to Ideal with appointments starting as early as 7AM for the professionals who like to get fresh before the day gets busy.

New face. Same standard. More options.

The early bird gets the fade!🐦‍⬛💈

Atlanta barbers: I’m looking for 2 barbers who are already good behind the chair but don’t want to figure out their next level alone.

You’re licensed.
You have clients.
You take your career seriously.

Maybe you’re already in a suite. Maybe you’ve been thinking about making that move because you want more control, more ownership, and more room to grow.

But having independence doesn’t mean you have to build everything by yourself.

That’s where Ideal Barbers comes in.

For your first 12 weeks, your chair is $200/week to give you room to transition, get established, and start building without immediately carrying the full weight of the move.

You’ll work from one of our two Atlanta locations while getting access to the same conversations, education, marketing support, and business strategy I teach barbers and shop owners virtually.

I’m not looking for somebody I have to convince to take their career seriously.

I’m looking for a barber who’s already serious and wants the right environment around them for what comes next.

And I want to document what happens when you put a talented, independent barber in an environment with support, strategy, and room to grow.

If you’re in Atlanta and you feel like you’ve outgrown doing everything on your own, DM me.

Let’s talk. 💈🤝🏾

One thing I’d change
