New Clients must book a Consultation before scheduling an Appointment. Our Virtual Consultations are held (Thursday Only). If we haven't serviced you in 3 months or more you are consider to be a "NEW CLIENT"

DEPOSITS
Please note all appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT FEE. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your service fee. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, it must be within 48 hours of your last appointment in order to secure your deposit. Your deposit can only be transferred ONE TIME. Once 48 hours has passed you now forfeit your deposit. LATE

You have a 15 minute GRACE PERIOD. Once you pass your grace period without notice your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. (EX: You have an I 8:00am appointment. You have until 8:15 to arrive. Any time after will result in rescheduling your appointment.) Please note even with notice it is up to your stylist to decide if they will still take you on that day. RESCHEDULE
If you need to cancel your appointment. It must be canceled within 48 hours of your time slot. To ensure that you won't loose your deposit you must reschedule within 48 hrs of your cancellation. If not rescheduled within the 48hrs you now have Forfeited your deposit. You can only reschedule once.If there are no appointments available please contact FRONT DESK. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
All appointments require 24-hour cancellation notice. All LATE cancellation(SAME DAY) will result to full service charge. If you cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. You will then be instructed to come inside. Also expect to take 2-3 hours out of your day however, depending upon the service you have chosen it may be longer. Our staff will not rush to complete any services due to personal reasoning. Please understand that quality work takes time.
