PRP hair restoration works best when it is treated as a plan — not a one-time treatment.

At Kalos, the first year of PRP + ACell hair restoration is designed to support the follicle response over time. Because hair grows in cycles, consistency matters. The goal is not only to stimulate the scalp once, but to give weakened or thinning follicles repeated support during the early phase of treatment.

Here’s what the first year typically looks like:

Month 1: First PRP + ACell treatment
Month 2: Second treatment to continue follicle stimulation
Month 3: Third treatment to complete the initial series
Month 6: Booster treatment to support continued progress
Month 12: Follow-up evaluation to assess response and long-term plan

From there, most patients continue with maintenance treatments 1–2 times per year depending on their response, hair loss pattern, and overall goals.
