Meet a good friend and beautiful earth steward Nick Calise .
Nick is a floridaian centropic agroforester, and mycologists. We travelled to meet him and document his journey with food and flavors for our new docuseries premiering in 2024 called .tapestries
This series is focused on weaving together earth’s intimate micro relations featuring interviews from farmers, foragers, chefs, mixiologist, distillers, aromatherapist and more. Each contributing their craft and knowledge like a brush stroke on a a large canvas

Classic, this drink was a collaborative idea from me and a friend earlier this year. While Altered Bar was just a concept. You could say this drink is some what of an origin story.

In the Middle Ages cordial meant “of or relating to the heart.” Nowadays it’s typically meant to to refer to a warm friendly atmosphere or a tiger term for a liqueur.
Historically, cordials were originally medicinal tonics derived from botanicals, and many early recipes were non-alcoholic. Over time, alcohol became a common component, but non-alcoholic versions persisted and were often used as refreshing beverages or medicinal tonics.
Making a non-alcoholic cordial involves infusing water (or sometimes vinegar) with herbs, fruits, or spices, then sweetening the infusion with sugar or honey to create a concentrated syrup.

Quality content comes with time. Instagram forces you to spend time on the app to be visible. So we’re going against the grain and only@posting what’s relevant. Our new website is still under construction, we’re changing up our product offerings for holiday season and next year. No longer are we prioritizing bath and body. Social story silent as we’ve been revamping our product line, packaging, website.
When roseman’s was started it was my first official business attempt I learned a lot through this process in what I want out of sharing medicines with others. I hope you’re all open to the transformation of what’s next.
Yeah we’ve been silent on social media, and active in the real world. Everything is in divine timing, the Brand is going through a much needed elevation and transformation.
As we prepare our new products for a launch later this year we are going to be spreading the mission of saving the planet, ourselves and one another.
