I can't believe it's been over a month that I've been open at Libby Wyatt Beauty! Moving to a was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I'm so grateful to all of my clients, friends and family who've supported me every step of the way!! I'm so happy with the space, and while there are still things I want to do, I will say I love how it is coming along! Meagan came in for her quarterly appointment all the way from Savannah, but this time was a little interesting! I have honestly struggled with how to post about this, but heed this WARNING ladies and gents! A week before her appointment, she applied Lime Crime's Unicorn Hair is sext (a pinky mauve), which is supposed to be a semi-permanent that is formulated to "fade gracefully." Welp. Not so much. It faded to a strange green that WOULD NOT budge, so in the end we just used instamatic to cover the green. I can attest to her hair's integrity, and any other weird factor that could possibly cause this, and my only conclusion is that it could contain metallic salts. BEWARE OF AT HOME HAIR COLOR, PEOPLE! I'd like to introduce the newest member of my , Laura! I had the pleasure of getting to know this beauty while putting in about a million babylights and razoring about 5 lbs of weight out of her hair. But the end result was so worth it!

I was bummed by the weird street light effect on the last photo, but wanted to share our progress on getting Mimi to icy balayage! is a dream of a client, and understands that to keep the integrity of the hair, and have the best result possible, there will be many steps along the way...bless her!
