She has combined her knowledge and expertise in all of these modalities to come up with her own unique style of energy healing that helps clients find and eliminate the root causes of their physical and emotional pain with the help of Spirit. Kelly began her radio show Fitness for the Soul after hearing countless people talk about their own personal challenges with meditation in March of 2013. The show’s popularity and fan following inspired her to relaunch her business under the same name of Fitness for the Soul. Fitness for the Soul, the Radio Show, provides an easy to follow, guided meditation, but it also teaches and discusses the reasons why an inner or SOUL workout is just as important, if not even MORE important that a physical workout. Kelly is a graduate of Carl Woodall’s psychic mediumship class based on The Anastasi System of Psychic Development. Kelly receives information from spirit guides and those who have crossed over and welcomes questions related to career, relationships, health and specializes in assisting others heal from trauma and move forward in life. Kelly understands the challenges (and joys) that life can bring and conveys information from “the other side” in a straight forward yet compassionate way. She also provides Intuitive Oracle Card Readings, Guided Meditations, Reflexology, and Personalized Coaching, including Weight Management, Addiction Support and Stop Smoking.
