I am so proud to say that I am exactly 23 pounds away from stepping right back into this exact same body. I am putting in the work silently, protecting my peace, and keeping my frequency high. I am not dropping a single detail on how I am making it happen until I hit that final goal weight. Just know the glow up is in full effect.
