I’ve lost soooo many people over the years due to my lack of communication. I never knew so many people weighed the way you communicate to how much you love them 🤷🏾‍♂️ The people in my circle now understand that my lack of communication does measure how much i love them. Let’s use my sister for example. Me and my sister can go MONTHSSSSS with no communication! (Correct me if I’m wrong B) But when we link up, it’s always something to talk about , gut-busting laughter, evaluation, etc. Also I understand that everyone doesn’t understand the shoes I fill. So if my lack of communication offends you and you need to remove yourself, I understand. I understand finding your tribe ain’t easy. I love my people & they see that when it’s time for me to show up!

After getting “help” , the feeling of obligation & entitlement comes after that. & ion like that !
