Hey , there’s a runoff election today! In my county we’re choosing candidates for sheriff, district attorney, and a judges seat. Electing good people to local positions like those makes a huge difference in whether we dismantle or prop up systemic racism and other forms of injustice. Go vote! Polls close at 7:00!

✨💔John Lewis 💔✨ He was the kind of person who reminds you what kind of person you want to be. A true inspiration. I felt safer knowing he was in the world. I grew up in Congressman Lewis’s district and moved back there a few years ago. Being from GA, I don’t always feel well represented by our leaders, but John Lewis made me feel the opposite. Like I had a voice. Like the values that matter were being represented in our government. It hurts to be losing that generation of leaders at a time when their voices and perspectives are so important. John Lewis was one of the great elders, a patron saint of Atlanta, of the South, and of this country. You will be missed dearly, Congressman Lewis. We love you. Thank you for everything. 💚🙏💚 (P.S. I took this terrible photo moments after getting to shake his hand at the airport protest in Jan 2017. It’s a moment I will never forget.)

I can’t believe it’s already been a month. Life as a new mom is so wonderful and so hard. What an adventure 💫

This insane heatwave in has me majorly missing the manageable heat of this gorgeous place. Corsica, I miss you!

Learning about herbs cracked me WIDE OPEN. I discovered myself as a human animal.

When I started aligning my body and my life to the cycles of the TCM 5 elements, I cracked open even further. I had more energy and less anxiety. My mind was less busy. I was a better friend, partner, and entrepreneur. I could contribute more to the world and and to my loved ones.

When I became a coach, I suddenly had practical tools to help people create more fulfilling lives. And I realized that I could use coaching tools to help people rediscover their ancient, animal selves too.

Connecting with nature made me feel happier, healthier, more energetic, more grounded, and more alive. I thought, what would the world be like if more people felt that way, especially people who are working hard to improve the world?

That’s how Wilder was born.

Wilder is a year-long group coaching program organized around the cycles of the Earth.

I’m inviting a cohort of seekers to journey together through the seasons.

I created Wilder to help people live in deeper connection with the Earth by aligning their bodies, lives, and personal growth to the cycles of nature. To help us find a new way to be, work, and engage with the world that is in harmony with Mother Earth and the human organism. To help people remember who they truly are and live life with more flow.

If we can rediscover our deep, innate connection to nature and everything she makes possible, we can all come back to ourselves, and create a world that is healthier, happier, and more sustainable. That’s my mission.
